Now it's all out luxury - with new fireplace, double sink vanity counter with make-up table in the center. Topped off with glamorous crystal chandelier and plenty of sconces. Beautiful tile work accentuates the width of the room and the linear tile blocking makes it feel taller too.
100 Year Old Beauty Gets a Face Lift
Older homes with traditional floor plans often cause confusion for homeowners with modern day lifestyles. This beautiful property needed updating to the double-sized living rooms at the front of the house allowing a family of five to enjoy their love of reading, board games and family gatherings.

A vintage home's dated bathroom fixtures and limited storage gets knocked down. Relocating the linen closet allowed us to take the space from the hallway to allow for a larger vanity and bathtub with glass enclosed shower.

This large bedroom lacked personality and did not reflect the homeowner's style. The furniture plan was revamped to allow a lovely sitting area, a fireplace and all the little luxuries befitting a glamour girl.
